My practice centers on still life and landscape, working in both oil pastel and oil painting, with an emphasis on color relationships, composition, and gesture. I explore how familiar elements—florals, reflective glass, water, and architectural forms—transform through expressive mark-making and layered pigment, creating surfaces that feel dynamic, tactile, and spatially dimensional.
